Dubai has one of the deepest Marriott Bonvoy hotel lineups in the world, with everything from beach resorts on Palm Jumeirah to large business hotels, boutique properties and practical extended stay options.
We have stayed at the hotels in this guide and linked each pick to our full individual review. Rather than ranking every property from one to ten, we have grouped them by the type of trip they suit best. That makes it easier to choose the right Marriott Bonvoy hotel in Dubai for your own plans.

1. Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah: Best Overall
Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah is our strongest all around Bonvoy option in Dubai because it combines a real beach resort setting with easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel sits on Palm West Beach, so restaurants and the waterfront promenade are directly outside.
During our stay, the spacious rooms, large pool, beach access and bright resort design stood out. The property works for couples, families and guests who still need to reach Dubai Marina, Media City, Mall of the Emirates or central Dubai.
One important Bonvoy detail is that standard elite lounge access does not apply in the same way as it does at many city Marriott hotels. The M Club is tied to qualifying room types or paid access, so check the exact benefits before booking.
Check the official Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah page.
2. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm: Best for Luxury and Service
The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm delivered one of the most polished service experiences in our Dubai hotel archive. Our stay stood out for the airy room, large bathroom, attentive butler service and smaller, more intimate atmosphere.
The location on the Palm trunk also makes it easier to reach shopping, dining and the monorail than hotels farther along the crescent. It is a good fit for travellers who want luxury service without choosing a huge beachfront resort.
Important for October 2026: Marriott currently lists the hotel as reopening on 1 November 2026. This guide is scheduled before that date, so confirm that the hotel has reopened and that the facilities you want are operating before making a reservation.
Check the official St. Regis Dubai The Palm page.
3. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai: Best for Business Bay
JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is the choice when you want scale. The twin tower hotel in Business Bay has more than 1,600 rooms and suites, extensive dining, a large spa, an outdoor pool and an Executive Lounge.
Our deluxe room was generous, and the bathroom was one of the strongest parts of the stay. The Executive Lounge and broad breakfast selection also made the hotel especially useful as a Bonvoy elite stay.
Its biggest strength is also its main compromise. This is a very large hotel, so guests who prefer a quiet boutique atmosphere may find it busy. For conferences, meetings, dining choice and full service facilities in one place, however, it remains one of the most complete Bonvoy properties in Dubai.
Check the official JW Marriott Marquis Dubai page.
4. Le Méridien Mina Seyahi: Best for Families and the Beach
Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark is one of the strongest family choices in the Bonvoy portfolio. The hotel sits beside Dubai Marina with a private shoreline and access to the wider Mina Seyahi resort complex.
Our room had a large balcony and excellent water views. Since that stay, the resort has added an even stronger family proposition with Jungle Bay Waterpark, a kids club, pools, a lazy river and more recreation.
The location also works well for guests who want to combine resort time with Dubai Marina, Media City and Palm Jumeirah. Couples seeking a quieter atmosphere should check school holiday dates because the family facilities are a major part of the current resort.
Check the official Le Méridien Mina Seyahi page.
5. Sheraton Grand Dubai: Best for World Trade Centre Events
Sheraton Grand Dubai is one of the easiest Bonvoy choices for exhibitions and conferences at Dubai World Trade Centre. The property sits directly opposite the exhibition district and is also close to the metro.
We stayed in an Executive Suite with a separate living area, dining space and an excellent bathroom. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, Club Lounge, spa and serviced apartments for longer visits.
This is a practical location rather than a resort setting. If most of your itinerary revolves around the Trade Centre, DIFC or central business meetings, that practicality is exactly the reason to choose it.
Check the official Sheraton Grand Dubai page.
6. Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre: Best Near DXB Airport
Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre is our pick for travellers who need to stay close to Dubai International Airport without settling for a basic airport hotel.
The low rise resort layout is the key difference. During our stay, the refurbished deluxe suite felt spacious, while the pools, extensive dining and fitness facilities made the hotel suitable for more than a quick overnight connection.
Marriott lists the property beside DXB, but there is no complimentary airport shuttle. A taxi is usually the simplest option. The location is less convenient for beach days, but very useful for early departures, late arrivals and business close to the airport.
Check the official Le Méridien Dubai page.
7. La Ville Hotel and Suites City Walk: Best Boutique Style Stay
La Ville Hotel and Suites City Walk, Autograph Collection feels very different from Dubai’s large tower hotels. The smaller scale, low rise design and rooftop infinity pool create a more intimate atmosphere.
Our junior suite had separate living and sleeping areas, while the City Walk location placed restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance. The rooftop views towards Downtown were another highlight.
This is a strong choice for travellers who want to be near Downtown and DIFC but prefer a neighbourhood hotel over a giant resort. The hotel has been updating parts of its restaurant lineup, so check current dining details before arrival.
Check the official La Ville City Walk page.
8. Element Al Jaddaf: Best for Longer Stays
Element Al Jaddaf is one of the most practical Bonvoy properties in Dubai for a longer visit. Our studio included a full kitchen, washer dryer, cookware, generous storage and a useful work area.
The current hotel offering also includes complimentary breakfast, a rooftop pool, fitness centre and local shuttle service to several Dubai destinations. Those features can reduce the daily cost and inconvenience of an extended stay.
Al Jaddaf is not a beach or nightlife district, but it works well for guests who care more about space, kitchen facilities and access to central Dubai than resort atmosphere.
Check the official Element Al Jaddaf page.
9. Aloft Palm Jumeirah: Best Lower Cost Palm Stay
Aloft Palm Jumeirah offers a simpler route to a Palm Jumeirah beach stay. Our sea view room was compact, but the balcony, comfortable bed and outlook towards Dubai made the stay memorable.
The hotel has a private beach area, pool, spa, gym and several dining options. The main compromise is location. It sits on the East Crescent, so reaching Downtown Dubai or other parts of the city takes longer.
That makes Aloft best for travellers planning to spend more time at the hotel and on the Palm. If you expect to cross Dubai several times per day, the transport cost and travel time can offset the lower room rate.
Check the official Aloft Palm Jumeirah page.
10. Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre: Best Practical Business Value
Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre is a straightforward option for travellers who want a modern room close to Dubai World Trade Centre without paying for a larger luxury hotel.
Our stay included a comfortable standard room, practical workspace and rooftop pool. The location is close to the metro and works especially well for event visitors.
Sheraton Grand remains the more complete full service option in the same area, while Courtyard makes sense when the room itself and location matter more than lounge access or a broader resort style facility set.
Check the official Courtyard World Trade Centre page.
Which Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in Dubai Should You Choose?
If we had to choose one hotel for the broadest range of travellers, Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah would be our starting point. It combines the beach, restaurants, resort facilities and a location that is still practical for exploring Dubai.
For a more luxurious service focused stay, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is the stronger fit once it has reopened. For a business trip, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and Sheraton Grand Dubai are easier recommendations. Families should look closely at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi, while longer stays are where Element Al Jaddaf becomes particularly useful.
The most important factor in Dubai is location. A lower room rate can quickly become less attractive if you spend a large part of each day in taxis crossing the city.
Before Booking a Marriott Hotel in Dubai
- Choose the area first. Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, City Walk, the World Trade Centre and the airport all suit very different itineraries.
- Compare the total rate. Check taxes, breakfast, cancellation terms and any lounge access rather than comparing the room price alone.
- Confirm elite benefits. Breakfast, lounge access, upgrades and late checkout can vary by brand and property.
- Check transport time. A cheaper hotel can become less convenient if you cross Dubai several times per day.
- Review current facilities. Restaurants, lounges, pools and renovation schedules can change, especially between visits.
Marriott Bonvoy Benefits in Dubai
Elite benefits can materially change the value of a Dubai hotel stay. Lounge access, breakfast, upgrades, welcome points and late checkout vary by brand, hotel, status level and room rate.
Do not assume that two Marriott hotels will treat benefits identically. Resorts in particular can have different lounge arrangements. Before booking, compare the exact room type and benefits shown for your reservation and review the current Marriott Bonvoy member benefits.
How We Chose These Hotels
Every hotel in this guide has its own Brief Review article based on our stay. We compared location, rooms, facilities, overall experience and the type of traveller each property suits best.
Hotel facilities and Bonvoy benefits change, so we also checked current Marriott information while preparing this guide. Our individual reviews preserve the details and photographs from each visit, while this page is designed to help choose between them.
