The official entrance is on the Park Phoenix side street. This matters because the Promenade des Anglais address can make the access point look less obvious on a map.

Terminal 1 is across the airport district and is easy to reach on foot with manageable luggage. Terminal 2 is farther away. The free airport tram is the simplest connection. Marriott does not list a hotel airport shuttle.

Grand Arénas tram stops and Nice Saint Augustin station give the area useful public transport links. Central Nice is still a separate journey, so choose this hotel for airport convenience rather than Old Town atmosphere.
