What Fulvio’s Served
Fulvio’s offered a compact Italian menu designed for a food hall setting. Handmade pasta was central to the concept. Familiar dishes included burrata, veal ragù and rich pasta preparations.
The most memorable feature was the large Parmesan wheel. Risotto or pasta could be finished inside it with butter and truffle. The result was intentionally rich and strongly cheese forward.
Presentation was more polished than at the typical food hall counter. The portions, however, felt modest for the price.
