Is Firebird Diner Dubai still open?
No. Firebird Diner closed on 3 October 2017. MINA Brasserie replaced it in the same Four Seasons DIFC space in February 2018.
The current restaurant remains connected to chef Michael Mina, but it is a different concept. MINA Brasserie focuses on French Mediterranean sharing plates rather than American diner food.
What Firebird Diner was like
Firebird was not a typical roadside diner. Its Four Seasons setting gave it a more polished and expensive feel. Still, the menu remained approachable.
