Café Kitsuné Palais Royal pairs coffee with one of central Paris’s most attractive settings. The cafe sits beneath the arcades of Galerie de Montpensier, beside the Palais Royal gardens.
Our favourite order was the iced mocha. The menu board also featured matcha, chai, flat whites and cookies. Branded cups and small merchandise displays made the stop feel connected to the wider Maison Kitsuné world.

The cafe itself is compact, so the location does much of the work. Order a drink, then walk through the arcades or find a place in the garden. That makes it an easy pause between the Louvre, Rue Saint Honoré and the surrounding shops.
The atmosphere is stylish without requiring a long visit. It works especially well for takeaway coffee and photographs around the Palais Royal.
