Atmosphere and Setting
BKRY feels more like a working bake space than a conventional coffee shop. The production counter is visible from the seating area. Croissants, buns and loaves form part of the display.
The industrial Alserkal setting suits the concept. It is a good option for visitors combining coffee with galleries and other venues in the district.
What We Tried
The visit included colourful drinks and a pastry plate. The pistachio croissant was the clear highlight. Its crisp laminated exterior gave way to a rich filling, without losing the structure of the pastry.
BKRY’s menu changes with the season. Current listings include croissants, matcha drinks, coffee, French toast and sandwiches. Do not rely on an old price or a particular pastry being available.
Drinks and Matcha
Matcha is a visible part of the menu rather than an afterthought. Sweetened and flavoured versions sit alongside simpler iced matcha and espresso drinks.
The drinks photographed during the visit were carefully presented. However, sweetness levels vary by recipe. Ask the team before ordering if you prefer a less sweet cup.
Price and Value
BKRY is not a budget bakery. The premium reflects the Alserkal location, detailed presentation and production led concept. Current menu listings in October 2026 placed many croissants around AED 29 to AED 34 and several matcha drinks around AED 38 to AED 42.
Those figures are a guide only. Value is strongest when the visit is part of a wider Alserkal outing, or when the pastry itself is the main reason to go.
Things to Know Before Visiting

BKRY is a polished Dubai bakery with serious pastry work and a strong visual identity. The pistachio croissant was the standout from this visit. Prices are high, and peak waits can test patience, but the quality makes it a worthwhile Alserkal stop.
