Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel is one of Dubai’s most convenient choices for a shopping focused stay. It connects directly to Mall of the Emirates and the metro, so guests can reach shops, restaurants and Ski Dubai without going outside.
This Sheraton Mall of the Emirates review covers our deluxe suite stay, the hotel’s current facilities and the details worth checking before booking. The location remains its strongest advantage, but the rooftop pools and restored Sheraton Club add more reasons to stay.

Location and Mall Access
The hotel sits inside Mall of the Emirates. This direct connection is valuable during hot weather and makes shopping, dining and entertainment easy to reach.
Mall of the Emirates metro station also provides a practical route across Dubai. Drivers can use the hotel’s dedicated guest parking or valet service.
The main lobby and reception are on the fifth floor. Besh Turkish Kitchen and several social spaces are on the same level.

Our Deluxe Suite
As Marriott Bonvoy elite members, we received an upgrade to a deluxe suite. This was a genuine benefit of our stay, although upgrades always depend on status, rate and availability.
The entrance opened towards the coffee station. The closet and bathroom were on the other side.
A spacious living room followed, with a sofa, desk and television. It felt rather bare during our 2020 stay because magazines and other items had been removed.
Sliding doors separated the bedroom. The room had direct bathroom access and wide views towards Downtown Dubai and Al Quoz.
Bathroom and Views
The large bathroom contained twin basins, a separate toilet, a walk in shower and a bathtub. A glass panel faced the bedroom and helped the space feel even larger.
Opening the curtains revealed Al Quoz in the foreground and the Downtown skyline farther away. The elevated position gives many rooms an open city view.
Sheraton Club
The Club lounge was closed during our 2020 visit. Instead, eligible guests received drinks and light snacks in the all day dining restaurant.
That temporary arrangement no longer describes the standard experience. Marriott currently lists the Sheraton Club with breakfast, snacks throughout the day, internet access and panoramic views. Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members receive access for themselves and one guest.
Club benefits can change. Confirm access on the room description or with the hotel before booking.
Restaurants, Pools and Spa
Current dining includes Besh Turkish Kitchen, Spartan Sports Bar, Sanctuary Pool Bar and &More by Sheraton. OAnjo is presently listed as taking a temporary break, so check its status before making plans.
Two rooftop pools provide skyline views. The spa is on the 24th floor, while Sheraton Fitness includes cardio and strength equipment, a sauna and a steam room.
The hotel also advertises a complimentary shuttle to Kite Beach. Times can change, so confirm the latest schedule with the concierge after arrival.

- Suite upgrades and lounge access are not guaranteed by a previous stay.
Value for Money
Value depends heavily on how much you will use the location. Direct mall access can save time, taxi fares and effort during a short stay.
Compare standard and Club rates carefully. A Club room may offer stronger value when breakfast and evening refreshments replace other purchases.
