Metropol Palace is one of Belgrade’s best known grand hotels. Its imposing entrance, large lobby and long history give it a sense of occasion.
Our upgraded junior suite combined modern furnishings with views towards Tašmajdan Park. The hotel felt comfortable and well placed for exploring central Belgrade.

Our junior suite experience
We received a junior suite upgrade as Starwood Gold members. That status and upgrade reflected the loyalty programme at the time of our stay.

The central sitting area included a sofa and coffee table. It created useful separation without making the room feel divided into small spaces.

The design felt modern and comfortable. Books on the table offered ideas for exploring Belgrade. The television connectivity already felt dated during our visit.

The bathroom was spacious and supplied with the expected amenities. A second sink would have improved the layout for two people sharing the suite.
