Our original stay took place when this waterfront hotel operated as Address Dubai Marina. Its direct connection to Dubai Marina Mall made the location especially convenient. The marina promenade, shops, restaurants and supermarket were all close at hand.
The hotel now operates as JW Marriott Hotel Marina. This review preserves our corner suite experience while explaining what guests can expect today.
Address Dubai Marina is now JW Marriott Hotel Marina
Marriott took over management on 1 January 2024. The building, marina views and mall connection remain, but the hotel now uses JW Marriott branding and Marriott Bonvoy benefits.
The official listing shows 200 rooms and suites. Current facilities include an infinity pool, spa, children’s club and a gym open 24 hours.
Our corner suite experience
We stayed in a corner suite on the ninth floor. The design felt understated and elegant, with a separate living area and broad views across Dubai Marina.

The bedroom technology was a highlight. A custom tablet controlled the lighting, curtains, television, music and service requests. The system even suggested snacks when a film was selected.

Dubai Marina views and location
Our ninth floor suite looked across Dubai Marina Mall and the water. Waking to sunrise over the marina was one of the stay’s best moments.

Direct access to Dubai Marina Mall remains a major advantage. The hotel also works well for evenings around the promenade and trips towards JBR.
