Location and arrival
The resort fronts Palm West Beach on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Restaurants and beach clubs line the promenade, while Nakheel Mall is within walking distance. Rooms and views
The Deluxe Sea View Room visited was spacious and well appointed. Light colours suited the beachfront setting. The room included strong connectivity, a practical desk, a coffee machine and reusable glass water bottles.
Every current room category has a balcony, and entry rooms begin at about 41 square metres. Central sea facing rooms provide the clearest direct outlook. Side wings can offer more angled views, so check the category carefully.
Pool and beach
The main outdoor pool runs along the property and includes a central bar. A shaded children’s pool and play area make the resort practical for families. Hotel guests also receive access to the beach and in house cabanas, subject to availability.
The beach sits across the Palm West Beach promenade. During the original stay, the beach desk provided towels, water, sunscreen and after sun lotion. Services can change, so confirm any specific amenity on arrival.
Dining
The resort currently advertises ten dining experiences. Choices include Cucina, Smoki Moto, Above Eleven, Levantera, MYAMI, Bal Harbour Beach and the Lobby Lounge. Twenty four hour room service is also available.
Levantera serves the principal buffet breakfast. Published hours currently begin at 7am. Individual restaurant times and weekly promotions change frequently, so use the official dining guide before planning a meal.
M Club Lounge
M Club access is attached to eligible room, suite and penthouse bookings rather than automatically included for every elite member at this resort. The lounge currently advertises 24 hour access, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food service.

Saray Spa includes treatment rooms, a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation facilities. The fitness centre offers classes and personal training. The supervised Kids Club is designed for children aged four to twelve.
