Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort is a large family resort opposite Patong Beach. The visit showed a modern room, practical amenities and a pool facing balcony. The setting suits travellers who want beach access, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.
The resort has changed substantially since the original visit. Marriott now lists 445 rooms and suites, four pool areas and nine restaurants and bars. The photographed room had a comfortable king bed, a table, a television, a kettle, a safe and an open plan bathroom. The pool facing balcony was the standout feature.
Marriott now lists four pool areas, two swim up bars, a water slide, play structures, a Kids Club and a fitness centre that is open around the clock.
Restaurants and Breakfast
There are nine food and drink outlets. The Phuket Eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is available for a fee unless it is included in the rate or an eligible Bonvoy benefit.
