Aloft Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 is a lively, good value base in one of Bangkok’s busiest nightlife streets. Our Urban King room was simple but comfortable, with a large bed and useful amenities. The hotel has since been fully renovated, while its rooftop pool, bars and energetic atmosphere remain central to the experience.

Location and Transport
Soi 11 is packed with restaurants, bars and nightlife. The hotel provides a complimentary local shuttle to Nana BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, making wider Bangkok easier to reach. Marriott lists Suvarnabhumi Airport 29 kilometres away and Don Mueang Airport 24 kilometres away. The hotel does not provide a complimentary airport shuttle.
The Urban King Room
Our room focused on the essentials. The king bed filled much of the space, but it was comfortable and delivered a good night’s sleep. Tea, coffee, a sofa and standard bathroom amenities covered the practical needs of a short city stay.
The hotel is now described as fully renovated. Current rooms may therefore differ from the photographs taken during our original visit.
Food, Drinks and Facilities
Marriott currently lists four dining outlets. Crave serves breakfast and international food. Re:fuel is the 24 hour grab and go option. Splash Pool Bar overlooks the skyline, while W XYZ Bar combines drinks, light food and live entertainment.
The outdoor pool provides a welcome break from the city. A 24 hour Re:charge gym, game room, business centre and guest laundry add practical value. Breakfast is not automatically complimentary, so check the booked rate and any eligible Marriott Bonvoy benefits.
