Updated October 2026: opening hours, payment policy, menu prices and reservation guidance have been checked against current listings.
PST Roppongi brings Neapolitan technique and Japanese ingredients together in a compact Tokyo pizzeria. Its wood fired pizzas use a distinctive dough and carefully selected toppings.
Our visit focused on the Bismarck pizza. The photographed pie combined mushrooms, cheese and a soft egg on a blistered crust. The open kitchen and close seating kept the experience lively.

The Pizza
PST’s crust is soft and airy through the rim, with darker blistering from the oven. The centre remains flexible in the Neapolitan style.
Japanese flour and precise fermentation give the dough its own character. The result feels familiar but not copied from a typical Naples pizzeria.
Our Bismarck pizza arrived with mushrooms, cheese and a soft egg in the centre. Breaking the yolk added richness across the slices.
The crust showed strong oven colour without looking dry. That balance was the clearest strength of the photographed pizza.
Current Menu and Prices
The signature Tamaki pizza currently costs ¥2,610 for a regular size. A half size is listed at ¥1,560.
A regular Margherita is ¥2,460, while the half size is ¥1,460. Buffalo mozzarella raises the regular version to ¥3,290.
The cheese free Marinara is ¥2,240 for a regular size. It uses tomato, garlic, oregano and basil.
Seasonal pizzas and toppings rotate. Confirm the printed or digital menu before ordering because prices can change.
Signature Tamaki Pizza
Tamaki is the restaurant’s signature pizza. It combines cherry tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, Pecorino Romano and basil.
The smoked cheese gives the pizza a stronger aroma than a classic Margherita. Cherry tomatoes add sweetness and moisture.
First time visitors who want PST’s clearest identity should consider Tamaki. A half size can help when sampling several dishes.
Vegetarian and Cheese Free Choices
The menu includes several tomato based pizzas. Marinara is the simplest cheese free choice.
Olive pizzas and seasonal vegetable combinations may also suit vegetarian diners. Ingredients should be confirmed when ordering.
The kitchen handles flour, dairy and other allergens. Strict dietary requirements require a direct conversation with the team.
Reservations and Seating
PST currently lists 48 seats, but popular periods can still fill. Reservations are sensible for weekend dinner and small celebrations.
The official listing allows reservations. Large groups may require a deposit, so contact the restaurant in advance.
Roppongi Station is about three minutes away on foot. Nogizaka Station is approximately four minutes away.
Price and Value
PST is priced above a casual takeaway pizzeria. The specialist dough, wood fired preparation and central location explain much of the premium.
Half pizzas add flexibility. They allow a couple or small group to compare more flavours without ordering several full pies.
