Splendour Fields is a garden inspired cafe and deli on the ground floor of The Park in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Its park setting, relaxed outdoor tables and bright dining room make it an easy option for breakfast, coffee or a light lunch.
Our visit focused on the eggs on toast and an almond milk cappuccino. The eggs were soft and creamy, while the sourdough added a light buttery crunch. The coffee was smooth and worked well with the simple breakfast.
The cafe remains part of the EATX group. Its current menu still covers all day breakfast, sandwiches, salads, light lunches, smoothies and coffee.

The Setting
Splendour Fields sits inside a purpose built pavilion in JLT Park. The setting feels calmer than many street level cafes in the neighbourhood. Green views and open space are a major part of the appeal.
Inside, the design has a polished Australian cafe feel. Warm materials and natural light keep it comfortable. Circular bench tables offer a more casual place for coffee or a quick bite.
Dogs were using the outdoor seating area during our visit. Anyone visiting with a pet should confirm the current policy before travelling.
Parking outside the building was convenient during our visit. Spaces can still become busy when the park and nearby restaurants are active.
Breakfast and Coffee
The eggs on toast were the strongest part of our order. Scrambled eggs, cultured butter and parmesan sat on Rise and Dawn sourdough. The dish was AED 34 during our 2023 visit. The current official menu lists it at AED 44.
Our cappuccino with almond milk cost AED 26 at the time. It had a silky texture and enough strength to accompany breakfast. Current coffee prices should be checked on the live menu.
The menu is broader than a basic coffee shop. It includes breakfast bowls, toast dishes, eggs, pancakes and larger plates. Lunch adds sandwiches, salads and more substantial options.
Current Menu Prices
Prices have moved since the original review. Eggs on toast are now AED 44. Ricotta hotcakes are AED 62, while sweetcorn fritters are AED 65. Toasted sourdough starts at AED 20.
Other current choices include smashed avocado toast at AED 61 and mushroom and truffle Benedict at AED 76. The menu also has vegetarian and plant based items.

Produce and Deli Counter
The cafe uses products from other EATX businesses. Bread and pastries come from Rise and Dawn, while Encounter supplies the coffee beans.

Go for the park atmosphere and stay for a proper meal rather than a quick coffee alone. Early mornings and cooler weekends show the space at its best.
