Le Meridien Hotel Mina Seyahi Review
The Le Meridien Mina Seyahi is a great beach retreat isolated from Dubai as the beaches are private for the hotel guests but within distance of the bustling city behind. The hotel is almost eclipsed by all the new high rises around the marina as well as the new island off shore with new buildings being finalized.
As a Marriott bonvoy elite member we were upgraded to a deluxe room on the club lounge level. During Covid the executive club lounge remains closed, so these benefits are not available at this property. Upon entering the room there is a small closet with minibar on the left along with a coffee machine.
The bedroom is large and modern with expansive views out to the ocean. Due to Covid all magazines or printed collaterals have been removed from the rooms.
The desk has all plugs and connectivity available as built in.

The bathroom is on the smaller size compared to the rooms – always seems like bathrooms in hotels are larger than normal but here it felt squeezed as there is a shower (to the left, not in the photo) and a bathtub both in the bathroom.
The balcony for this particular room is the largest in the hotel, as it is on the top floor so no balcony above. The view is spectacular though mostly construction at the time of visit.
To the right is the trunk of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and straight ahead is the new cruise ship terminal and Emaar island development.
The breakfast is at the sister property of Le Meridien Mina Seyahi at the neighboring Westin Hotel at their brand newly refurbished restaurant. There is a huge spread available on a la carte basis instead of buffet.
